We want you to be happy with your purchases from us.
You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. 

Terms & Conditions:

• Our Customer service should be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) via email: info@madebynatureme.com

• Order number or purchase receipt must be presented.

• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items must be in its original condition - unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

• Packaging that is sealed must not be break open.

• Furniture items are not eligible for return, unless the item box is unopened and the seal not broken.

• Dubai purchases must be returned in store (DIFC) - Location Pin - unless the item is faulty.

• Overseas purchases are not eligible for returns, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment. Orders paid online are refunded to the credit credit/debit card used in your purchase. Orders paid with cash will be refunded via store credit voucher.

• With exception of faulty goods, we can not refund shipment costs.
