Standard Delivery - United Arab Emirates (UAE) - All Emirates
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the UAE on orders above 500AED.
30AED delivery charge applies to orders below 500AED. The same charge applies to all Emirates.
Delivery charge is calculated on checkout.
Same Day Delivery United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Dubai only
Special service, charge AED50 applies. This option can be selected on checkout. Orders placed before 12pm are delivered the same day until 10pm. This service is not available on Sundays.
International
Delivery charge is calculated on checkout depending on your country and weight of your order.
Additional taxes or charges may occur within customs at the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

Standard Delivery - United Arab Emirates (UAE) - All Emirates
We offer complimentary next day / 2 days delivery within the UAE for all orders above 500AED.
30AED delivery charge applies to orders below 500AED. Delivery charge is calculated on checkout.
UAE orders are shipped via Quiqup. Most of the orders are shipped the same day and delivered the next business day or within 2 business days. Deliveries take place between 9am and 10pm.
We will contact you if an item you have ordered is out of stock to arrange an alternative.
Same Day Delivery United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Dubai only
Same Day delivery service is available in Dubai only. Place your order before 12pm and receive it the same day until 10pm.
50AED delivery charge applies to all orders.
Same Day Delivery is not available on Sundays and not available for bulky items ex. furniture.
International
Delivery charge is calculated on checkout depending on your location and dimension/weight of your order.
International orders are shipped via DHL. Most orders are delivered within 3 days in the GCC and 3-5 days worldwide.
We will contact you if an item you have ordered is out of stock to arrange an alternative.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and again when it has been dispatched. This second email includes your order tracking number and link to track your package in real time.
Our courier service will contact you via sms or phone call to confirm your preferred delivery time and place.
