Do I have to pay for membership?
No you do not. Our Online Membership is free and all you would need to do is sign up!
I don't see any points in my account?
Unfortunately, as we have upgraded our website and instilled a new Membership Program, all past points and rewards have expired. New points will reflect for orders created on 11th Dec 2024 onwards. Points will reflect 2 days after order has been completed.
Can I use my points at the store or vice versa?
Unfortunately, all points accrued online are only available for redemption of rewards online and only can be used via checking out on our website.
Can I extend my points/rewards?
There will be strictly no extension of points or rewards. Kindly refer to expiry shown.
